CHOIX DES SECTEURS CLÉS : UNE APPLICATION DU MODÈLE STATIQUE DE LEONTIEF SUR DONNÉES CONGOLAISES.
Résumé
Ce papier a identifié les secteurs clés de l’économie congolaise avec les dernières données input-output disponibles en utilisant 41 secteurs, suivant l’approche de Rasmussen qui propose une définition des indices de liaison et de polarisation, en aval et en amont. En effet, compte tenu de la rareté des ressources, en particulier dans les pays en développement, il importe de repérer les secteurs clés de ces économies. Les résultats obtenus sont donc essentiels à des fins politiques pour appréhender les secteurs où les interventions sont capables d’avoir le plus grand impact sur l’économie congolaise. L’étude montre que les « Produits de l’extraction d’hydrocarbure », les « Travaux de construction », les « Services de transports et d’auxiliaires de transport » et les « Services d’utilité publique », sont actuellement des secteurs clés.
